Management of The Knowledge Foundation is entrusted to a Board currently comprising 12 members. The policies and direction of the foundation are set by the Board.

Additionally, Management and Ethics committees are formed from amongst the board members to do the necessary spadework for aiding decision making by the Board and subsequent implementation of such decisions.

The management and ethical committees are elected for a three year term.
